Kohberger murdered 4 College of Idaho college students: Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, all of them of their early twenties.

One roommate, Dylan Mortensen, survived and is credited with serving to investigators apprehend Kohberger.
