The upcoming horror movie “The Shrine” has launched a brand new poster!
“The Shrine” tells the story of three faculty college students who mysteriously disappear throughout an expedition to an deserted shrine in Kobe, Japan, and the journey of shaman Myung Jin (Kim Jae Joong) and his faculty pal Yoo Mi (Kong Seong Ha) as they uncover the identification of the evil spirit behind the case.
The newly launched poster affords a chilling glimpse of the terrifying entity that Myung Jin, a shaman with particular talents, should confront within the movie.
That includes the tagline, “Welcome the brand new god,” the poster heightens the sense of dread with the looks of a mysterious evil spirit whose face stays utterly hidden, making the picture all of the extra unsettling.
Additional amplifying the eerie environment is the presence of an previous torii gate—a symbolic passage right into a sacred realm—elevating anticipation for the movie’s shamanism-based occult horror story.

“The Shrine” is scheduled to hit theaters in Korea on June 17.
